A calculator-led Ontario real-estate site run by Ayo Macaulay, Sales Representative with eXp Realty, Brokerage (RECO licence #5037859). Every page answers one plain-language question people ask before buying, selling, or timing a home: Am I ready? What if I wait? Should I invest? How much can I sell for? What are my payments?

The answers are produced by calculators that run on live CREA DDF listings, TRREB AMPRE sold/lease data, CMHC Rental Market Report figures, OSFI stress-test rates, Teranet HPI, and Bank of Canada policy. Nothing is invented; every assumption is cited in the hub's disclaimer.
